A deep gray sky

A deep gray sky,

A sea to match;

My bright sails lie

white against the gloom.

A brisk wind blows;

White caps appear.

A brightness shows,

Eerie in the gloom.

The ship pitches;

Our hearts are glad.

Natures switches-

Silence in the gloom.
